Ever wonder who's behind those awesome dust mask aka (rave mask) that all the ravers are raging out with at all of your favorite festivals!? I was able to catch up and uncover who the creative masterminds are behind this festival necessity! My good friends, PARTYMONSTERMIAMI!!!! 

PartyMonster is a Miami based company ran by some of the most down to earth ravers you'd ever meet! 

During our interview, I was curious to know how and why PartyMonsterMiami was created. I was very humbled by their response..

We at PartyMonster love what we do. After being a huge fan and supporter of EDM and festivals for so many years we wanted to give back and allow individuals to express themselves. We wanted to set a new trend for festivals, not a trend for the clubs. Some of the best days, nights and weekends are at these festivals. 

Theres a great feeling of unity in these crowds. There are people from all around the world some who don't even speak the same language but when the beat drops we are all one! 

This mask we make are all made with love by hand, From a raver to another. We push also to stay with our fundamentals that helped inspire our company. 

We always say "see you at the main stage" because thats where we are with all our friends united as one big family.-PartyMonsterMiami

Dash Berlin at Ultra Amazing!!

Dash Berlin absolutely killed it at Ultra Music Festival!! Every year I look for a new DJ to captured my heart; and today Dash Berlin, you took it!

 I loveeeeeed his set!!! His drops and music choices holy shixvxvzvxvzvxttttttt AMAZING!!!!I've actually never heard of him until today and might I say he is amazing!!!!! 

His set honestly put me to tears beyond the fact that I'm already emotional because I' m not there "bahaha" I saw so much unity in the crowd ahhh I loved it!!!!

Know Before You Go: DJ Blend Pacha NYC Review

"Maybe its just the Venue, Pacha has that effect on DJ's" -fellow rave enthusiast

 Unfortunately DJ Blend just didn't do it for me this past Friday night at Pacha NYC. I was expecting way more than he delivered. Compared to what others have said about his past performances, I just didn't see nor feel the same. I even watched his after movie performance at Hyper Glow hoping he would play that same type of variety.. which he didn't.. at all. 

 However, I will say he did live up to his champagne popping antics and very energetic incognito persona. "Hands down" He mixed some old school classics like "Lets Groove Tonight" by Earth Wind and Fire, and "Staying Alive" by the Bee Gees that had the crowd channeling their old school Disco dance moves! Then he dropped one of my favorite rock songs "B.Y.O.B" by System Of A Down along with a sick drop that had me jumping and shuffling my a** off!! I will always praise him for playing that track because no DJ I've ever heard took it there! That was an epic moment that will be imprinted in my mind every time I think of DJ Blend! 

Overall, the vibes in that place were amazing! If you ever come to Pacha look for me on the opposite side of the stairs on the front corner aka "the talent pit"!

 Will I see DJ Blend again? Yes in a different location, I'll watch his set at festival I'm sure he'll kill it there! Unfortunately, DJ Blend you were hype you didn't live up to that night! 

Not as bad as Dyro's performance, which was 100000 times worst! Wouldn't recommend him ever! Personal opinion Good Vibes to you all!

Pacha NYC Presents; DJ BLEND

DJ Blend is at Pacha tonight. I've been wanting to see this underrated talent for a while.I hear nothing but good things about him. First time I ever heard of him was from a Hyperglow after movie. I was listening and was like " who is this kid hes playing jams". Come to find out its DJ Blend! Ill keep you guys posted and let you know if he lives up to the hype!

"Shes Perfect" Clarity Hit Maker Zedd found his Remedy and is Now Off the Dating Market

 EDM hit maker Zedd is officially off the dating market! 

After rumors and photos have leaked around the web I think its safe to say this Clarity hit maker has found his remedy with long time crush, 
Selena Gomez! 
Diplo who is very good friends with Zedd posted a photo hugging Zedd with the caption 
"Watch Out" mentioning 
Selena Gomez.

  

Selena then replied jokingly with these emojis.  

Although both have remained quite about the rumors I'm sure the multiple instgram post and face time screen shot posted by Zedd could tell it all.

OMG Did "_____" just like my photo? BOT Friends Not Friends: The Truth Behind Instagram Likes

So.... there's these things called BOTS. 
I'm coming from both perspectives here. BOTS are used on social media to help companies, DJ's, Artist and/or pages reach their target audience without the hassle of having to promote individually.
(AKA when you see big pages liking your post and there not following you.)
Here's how majority of them work, it is a paid service that allows you to input the hashtags that will better reach your audience. 
We all know hashtags are used as an expression of our selves, our culture and or the photos we are posting. All of my hashtags look something like this

 #edm #plur #plurvibes #edmsavedmylife #lic #ultra #mysteryland #edclv #blogger #edmpublicist #raver #eatsleepraverepeate #socialmediamarketing ...
Companies input these hashtags so when ever you post a photo with any of these tags it'll automatically like and or comment your photo. This allows them exposure making you  more inclined to look at and/or follow their pages.
There's two emotions I have that arise from this kind of marketing. 
On one hand I personally, being desperate for followers, was thinking of doing of this. It's so much faster and easier and I would be able to reach a broader audience. There's just not enough time in the day to sit and attract 20 thousand followers manually.
However, on the other hand,  having a real connection with your followers is probably the best tactic any company or page could utilize. 
Attracting followers and not knowing who they are nor what positive vibes they could bring to you is not the way I chose to go. 
I have gained so much positive feedback from you guys and I can't even imagine having a page where I (the creator) never responds nor makes any attempt to connect with you. Especially if for some reason you are trying to gain my attention in some sort. 
To piggy back off that, when I designed my page/brand I tailored it to be a page for ravers more specifically ravers of PLUR. (hints the name inplurwetrust). A cyber family that connects, promotes and keeps you up to date with all the great vibes in our community!
This post is really just based off my personal realization. 
If you guys don't already know, It'll be one of my dreams come true to be picked up by a big EDM Festival, DJ and or company who wants me to come out to their event and work my magic and/or work with them directly!
   "BAHAHA" DAYGLOWLUK (co-founder of Life in Color) is the inspiration behind this post! I came to the realization about two days ago after seeing his IG name pop up on my instagram likes feed  multiple times. I realized that he as only ""liked"" photos that I tagged #lic in. And that my friend slightly crushed me! "bahahahhahaha" 
 The funny thing is the photos I posted have nothing to do with Life in Color I just used the hashtag! 
You see my friends, in this field people ghost watch you, they watch your work from a distance and then once they see you have grinded hard enough or got the following that will benefit them as well they'll contact you. 
So back to the story; once I realized this I went back to check if he had liked any of my photos that did not have #lic and like I predicted he had NOT!
So moral of the story I have been fooled. I thought perhaps he had seen some of my Life in Color articles and was keeping up with me "Bahahaha" I thought!
 O yea and "Fredde Le Grand" liked my photo I wonder what hashtag triggered that! 'bahaha"

Tomorrowland First Artist Announcement Revealed

Ravers emotions run wild after hearing the first Artist to be announced for the much anticipated lineup of  the world largest EDM festival,  Tomorrowland 2015.  

The National Orchestra of Belgium 

will be making Tomorrowland history as they capture hearts of already fans and soon to be fans!  Tomorrowland calls their first reveal a "Symphony of Unity, One musical world where two genres merge". A real shocker from the normal electronic dance acts. As many were looking for big name DJ's such as Daft Punk and David Guetta.

Social media is blowing up with torn emotions as some are excited to see this magic unfold while others are just not understanding what an orchestra is doing at an EDM festival. 

Surprise Surprise! Who's next Tomorrowland!

RAN-D Disappoints 100's of fans: Basscon Wasteland

DJ Ran-D upsets hundreds of fans by forgetting his passport and not being able to make it to his most anticipated performance at Wasteland.

After his sincere apolology on facebook, Basscon fans took to social media in rage " Selling my ticket to tonight's show" " Ran-D is the only reason I was going". Followed by "is it to early for memes" 

Leave it to social media to make you feel even worst than you already do "Bahaha"
